⇐ Military ID (A work in progress.) ⇒
Maybe a stretch considering the specific military tone of this collection, but consider this: Since the Revolutionary War ended, 646,596 American troops have died in battle and more than 539,000 from other, non-combat related causes. More generally, nearly 5 million served in WWI, over 16 million in combat during WWII, 1.79 in Korea, 3.4 in Vietnam, nearly 700,000 in the Gulf War, and 2.5 million in the Iraq/Afghanistan Conflict. This license plate was seen at the National Museum of the United States Air Force.
