The US Marine Corps has always had its own distinct language, and here, there may be two definitions (and for me, unofficially a third). In my first search, the most apparent definition I found for this plate is "What Comes To Go In Order." In military jargon, that refers to the sequence of specific tasks or actions when assessing what resources can be mobilized to complete a mission. However, in a second search, I found that WCTGIO stands for "What Can They Get It On," which is a phrase used in the Marine Corps to discuss the logistics of acquiring equipment or supplies. This acronym reflects the Marines' focus on resourcefulness and adaptability in various situations. But there was also this, something I also found during another search, interpreted as “What Can This GI Do? However, if you go to any of the Marine Corps sites where acronyms are defined, this one isn't listed. All I can add is “Ooh-rah!
